Free Shipping & Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders over $50 applies to standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or other remote locations where carrier rates exceed standard domestic shipping costs.
Orders to these destinations will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout based on the carrier's published rates for your location.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Processing time:
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Pre-order items will ship within the timeframe displayed on the product page and via email communications. The estimated ship date is shown at checkout.
Shipping methods and timeframes:
If you qualify for free shipping, your order will be shipped standard ground delivery. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Customers other than those receiving free shipping can choose their preferred carrier and service level at checkout. Domestic orders typically arrive 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on the service selected.
Please note: PO boxes can only be shipped via USPS.
International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.
Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess the issue.
Lost/stolen packages:
We ship all orders with tracking. Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with neighbors and household members. While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, we want you to be happy - please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if there's an issue and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
